Phantom, a story made up to scare villians from acting up and make kids rethink their behaviour. A ghost who appears without warning, knowing things about you that even you didn't.
But who is Phantom, are they truly a ghost searching for revenge against villians who wronged them. Or is it more than that.
Reader insert but reads more like an OC story.
