Stray

Many decades after Crystal passed away, she was reincarnated, but somehow, she retained all her memories from her past life. Now she spends her days searching in cat form for her mate in the past, Connor, with whom she made a promise to still be with in the next life. However, it's been 24 years, and she still hasn't found him. After she's given up hope, a weary Crystal decides to lay down and rest and take shelter from the cold in the back of a restaurant. When she awakes, she sees Connor looking down at her with concern in his eyes. Believing she's a stray cat, he decides to bring her back to his apartment.
Crystal thinks that she's finally found her mate and that he seems to have traces of his memories. However, back at his apartment, there is a surprise waiting for her that will turn her whole world upside down.
