The first taste is free, but the price only goes up from there. Family heirlooms, now those are true evil. You get burdened with them for sentimental reasons, even if they're icky.

For Lukas Aguilar, it was a pendant. A small, weird metal nib that, while irritating, seemed harmless. Such convictions are put to test when a ruined goddess stretches her hands from beyond the Sands of Time and grasps his fate, blurring the line between fact and fiction. Now torn away from his former life on Earth, Lukas finds himself trapped in an underground cavern with no escape in sight and hundreds of questions.
