The beginning of the 31st century has been a dangerous and uncertain time for humanity, with genocidal aliens stamping out humanity's outer colonies and tyrannical governments oppressing their people. In the year 3005, near the edge of human space is the industrial powerhouse for the sector, the planet Viridian. Gothca; the capital city of Veridian, is a veritable emerald metropolis. Emma Greene is a 16-year-old girl who has lived her whole life under the subtle oppressive regime of Chancellor Crichton. Emma's father, Aiden Greene who works for the state-owned Cyber core corporation, designs various technologies for the regime with powered armor being key among them. Her father is accused of leaking classified documents to the outside Human alliance, thus having committed treason against the state. Will Emma be able to protect her family and save Gothca from the corruption that festers within the heart of her world?

When Evita starts asking questions Evelyn Sheer, the head of the city's Department of Energy, takes her captive and places her in a secret, underground research facility. Evelyn Sheer and the researchers are trying to create a genetic modification that enables humans to photosynthesize. Once in the facility, Evita is tagged as a test subject and loses all say over what happens to her body. She has to escape. By the time she comes up with a plan there is only one problem. Evita isn't ready to leave.
