In A post Apocalyptic world were a nose bleed can lead to you transforming into something  unimaginable. Gi-Yong getting ready to leave her apartments is stuck inside with a group of residents that live in the same apartments as her after finding out that people around the world were turning into monsters. 

In the middle of all this she meets Eun Hyeok a silent yet smart but seemingly rude individual. He decides to take charge once all hell breaks loose at the Green House Residency and they clash almost immediately.
