They always say don't judge a book by it's cover and I fully agree with that expression. There are also those little descriptions they put in the book to entice you to open it and you can't even judge the book on that because words are worthless without facts. For you to ever fully understand and know the whole story you need to start from the beginning and read all the way to the end...

I honestly didn't realize how broken I was. I just figured that if I shut all my feelings out that they would go away. They didn't. They came back strong as ever. And I did the worst thing that I could do. I let my feelings get the best of me. My daddy told me to never let anyone walk over me. And yet that is exactly what everybody does. It's like he knew that this was gonna happen like he wanted me to be prepared. Too bad I didn't listen. And now no one's here to help me. And then the new kid comes along. Jake Johnson. He caught my eye the first time I saw him. I can look at him and tell that he had a story. And I wanted to know it. He helped me in a way that I thought nobody else could. He was there for me when no one else was . Now it's my turn, to be there for him. I will not let my feelings or emotions get in the way of me helping someone that I love. Explaining and summarizing the story on the panel of a book actually sounds preposterous. But yet it's a common thing to do when it came to writing book. I don't like that idea but Marcia had me do it. They said it is because someone would have to read the synopsis first in order for them to actually judge the book whether it's a good book or not. But in my opinion, there is no good book or bad book. There is well written and not well written. The thing is, it's pretty ironic that there is an idiom says "Don't judge the book by it's cover". Funny how human prioritize sweet things like idioms but disobey them completely when they see something off the chart. It's a story about how I lost my job and some treasure hunt that led to a dire catastrophe.Concluída

They were trouble. You could just tell by looking at them. They didn't talk to anybody, besides others in the group and people in our school spread stories about them all the time. They were intriguing and we all wanted to be apart of them. But of course, they weren't exactly open to letting others in. Overtime peoples wanting to be apart of them lessened or went away all together. But mine never did and I knew exactly why. It was her. The way she held herself and the mystery of what not only they held but what she held to. I figured it would just be an infatuation from afar. But oh how I was wrong.Concluída
