You've heard the things that the countries have said, right? Hes annoying, too loud. They dont know where he comes from, and at times he vanishes. It feels like hes been there the whole time, but was never there in the first place. Some say hes helpful, to others he's harmful.
It feels like he has been apart of Mathews life since he was a colony, but nobody seems to remember his existence. Except for Arthur, nobody seems to have a clue on who, or what he was. Why can the micro nations see him, but nobody else can? And why does he feel so....familiar?
Why do animals turn and stare, but people don't bat an eye? He shows up in pictures when nobodys there, and moves things to where they shouldnt be.
And most importantly....Why does he look exactly like Mathew?
Who is he, you might ask? Well...Its somebody you know and love. Your favorite poltergeist, Alfred f. Jones. The U.S of A, and unknown younger twin of Mathew Williams. This is a story on how Mathew learns who he is, and what his life becomes after the fact.
[This book will switch from Mathews POV, to Alfred's. It also might go to 3rd person every once an a while.]

No Ships! i do be cringing at this very hard but I'll keep it up for y'all. note that the quality is very questionable and like most people i've reflected on the cringiness <3 The Ancients saw many of their children and grandchildren suffering alone, no one noticing the other's pain. The fake mask, the 'happy' countries wore. The secrets they all hid. The Ancients couldn't let this just happen, they came up with a plan. America was the unfortunate victim and test subject. What happened to America? Who is America really? How many lies have been told? How many hearts will be broken? Did they ever know America at all? How many friendships will be built, and how many destroyed? How long has America deceived them all? How will they see America now? Will America come out of this better or worse? {STORY DISCONTINUED and I'm probably never gonna finish it whoops} The world is ending, obviously. America never really paid attention to the news, only Good Morning America, of course, but when the flooding and crippling storms started in the south and worked their way to D.C., he got nervous. There were warnings, scientists predicted the amount of blah, blah, science, science, random crap, big words. . . World catastrophe. The Storm. Bunkers and shelters were built, supplies were stocked, factories and farmers worked around the clock before the Storm could hit them. One might think the United States was prepping for war, and in a way, they were. They had to fight for their lives. Alfred is alone in a bunker, panicking for his people and brothers and the rest of the countries like Japan and Germany. He hears a distant muffled sound above the howling winds, a frightened little boy sits in the corner with an old stuffed bunny sucking his thumb. No one notices him. How is America supposed to protect hundreds of people and himself against a storm that could kill people in a number of ways? And now a kid had moved him to become his caretaker. When Alfred became independent from England, France had muttered to him that he didn't know the pain of raising a child then losing it. But know, he assumes that he may just learn. Jones, and beaten up by other countries and nations just to 'get even with America'. Everybody thinks Canada is a weak country, that it's never seen war, that its people have never died for a cause. Canada decides to not go to a meeting one day to help his air force practice in case of an emergency. When the countries and nations realize he isn't there, they find a strange book instead. They decide to read it and find a note on the inside. Will everyone realize that maybe some ignore Canada because he makes them uncomfortable? Or is it just because he is usually peaceful? The book holds many secrets about Canada, some probably should be left in the dark, but only if the nations react badly. Okay, disclaimer, probably not terrible secrets, but this will be interesting.
