Felicity Reid has just landed a job at Hayes Medical Center as a Registered Nurse when her parents decided to call it quits and get a divorce. Just when she thought her life was coming together, she gets a call from her mom ordering her to pick up some paper work from a law firm in downtown San Francisco.
It is a known fact that it's hard to bring a car in San Francisco because there's usually no parking space available. So, when she sees an empty spot across the firm, she immediately checked for cops and did an illegal U-turn when there wasn't any around to get the spot but was one second too late as another car, a Porsche to be exact, stole her spot.
Felicity didn't even bother whether she was blocking the road and got out of the car to yell at the "rude" guy. The guy got out of his car, took his sunglasses off, and looked at Felicity, "Do you need something?"
Felicity's plan of yelling at the guy vanished, and instead she said, "Fuck, you're hot."
The guy smirked,"I'd take off if I were you, cops are coming."
That day, Felicity met the guy who basically owned San Francisco. His name was Arden Hayes. Someone who you wouldn't want to mess with, really. He isn't one of the most successful business men in the United States for no reason; he's known to be a very cruel ruler. A tyrant.
That did not faze Felicity, simply because she didn't know anything about Arden. Maybe if she did, she wouldn't have been a bxtch to him in the first place.
