You've probably heard the legend of Zacian and Zamazenta, and how they saved Galar and pushed back the Darkest Day. But where did they come from? The wolves, the Darkest Day, their weapons? Even the humans from that time didn't know. They were assumed to be blessings from the gods. 

Blake is a human, or was- before they woke up as an Eevee, in a world where Pokémon speak and have built their own civilizations. With the help of a Shinx by the name of Hop, they learn to navigate this world in their new body, and how to live in the form of a Pokémon. Making friends, rivals, and building a life of their own in this humble Pokémon community. With a little help, of course.

The human spirit... it's a powerful thing. It can be even stronger than the physical form of the being it inhabits. When that spirit is placed into a versatile being such as a Pokémon, what will happen? Is it enough to stop the storm that's brewing?

Also, the protagonist ages. Q - Who are the Main Protagonists and the rivals? A - Red, a character from the Pokemon Video Games is the main protagonist along with his best friend Leaf. Whereas the character Blue (also known as Gary in the anime) is more of a frenemy than a rival. The main rivals would be Team Rocket Grunts - Cassidy and Butch as well as their Boss, Giovanni. Q - Is this story based on Pokemon Red or FireRed? A - The story has a few iconic moments from the games/manga but those events do not play a big part in the main story arc. Q - Is Ash Ketchum in it? A - The story takes place in its own universe. I try to bring some events from the games, the manga, and the anime. You get to see a different version of Ash Ketchum (close to how he has been depicted in the anime) in 2 chapters of this book. Q - Is Team Rocket the same as in the anime? A - While Cassidy and Butch are characters from the anime, they have a different overall character arc than in the anime. Team Rocket is darker than in any previous versions and has a purpose and a plan other than stealing. Giovanni's plan plays out slowly in the course of three books. Q - It has time travel? A - It does, time travel is hinted at in the first book with the actual "time traveling" in the second book. Q - "I hope the protagonist has a father, hahaha" A - Yes, he does. The character mostly appears in flashbacks but is an important character.

It was around 150 years ago, when a war broke out among the 8 Eeveelution kingdoms. It was started by the Jolteon kingdom, as a war between themselves and the Vaporeon kingdom. The other kingdoms, excluding the Umbreon kingdom, joined sides with the Vaporeons, and nearly wiped out the Jolteon species completely. The Espeons mined out most, if not all of the thunder stones nearby, and hid them away. That was 150 years ago now. Jolteons are an incredibly rare sight these days. The other Eevees and Eeveelutions have been taught over the years that Jolteons are evil and soulless, and that evolving into one will change your mind for the worse, as well as being a sin against Arceus. Now, about 6 years ago, a couple exploring an old mine discovered one of the very few remaining thunder stones. They brought it home with them, but not without being spotted. Just a week later, they were forced to run away to protect their son from being discovered. They left both him, and the thunder stone behind. Now, 6 years later, there's a certain shiny Jolteon who's about to go on a journey. What may happen along the way? (This is the rewrite of Inside and Out. Some parts may be reused from the original.) However he didn't anticipate that years later, Light, a recent Lumiose Academy graduate and avid reader who was born with the ability to understand Pokemon, doesn't want anything to do with Pokemon, more so ever since his father's disappearance and Dark bullying him for years. But he is forced to go on a journey when his friends bring him along for said journey. With a Froakie, a Pokemon his father originally was going to give him, the two of them make new friends and foes on their way to being the best of the best. What will happen on his journey? Will Light finally find out what happened to his father? Why does Lysandre and Malva takes an interest to Serena, Dark, Light and their Pokemon team?
