Amy is 16. When she was born the doctors gave her a necklace, like the rest of new born babies. The necklaces are given to every new born in America. Once you get your necklace someone else in America gets the same one or similar. It will always be of the opposite sex. Since Amy is a girl there will be a guy who has the same one. Catching on? Amy is searching around America to find this guy. If two people have the same necklace they have some sort of connection like a love connection. Amy lives in California. And her mate? Florida.
She is taking this long journey to find him. She runs into ups and downs along the way. Will she find her mate?
