"I was so glad to have this crazy, wonderful secret. It had brought me so much happiness and friendship that I never could have never anticipated. Although I knew to always expect some bumps along the way because of, well, being a mermaid, the amazing experiences I had and the friendships I found made it all worth it.

I couldn't help but wonder if it would last forever, or if in a few years, we would all go our separate ways. "

Cleo, Rikki, Bella, and Emma will soon be attending college, and it's not going to be easy to remain close once they start down separate paths. At least, that's what Rikki is concerned about. However, they've all still got time during their last summer before college begins, and it could be then where their friendship is strengthened- or ruined- forever.

Their summer begins normal at first, but when the girls back on the Gold Coast lose contact with Emma and she's late to return, panic may very well ensue. Will the girls be able to get to the bottom of her disappearance, and remain close into their college year?

This is my rendition of season 4 of H2o :)

I began writing this in 2014, but I only got 5 chapters in. I picked it back up in 2016, so Chapter 6 and onward is 'new' material and Chapter 5 and before is 'old.' So if the writing seems kind of not so great in the first 5 chapters, that's why.

The story will be written in short chapters, changing POV each time from Cleo to Rikki, Bella, Emma and then Sophie, so on and so forth.

WARNING: Story may contain violence, intense scenes, and/or slightly suggestive themes at times. Read at your own discretion. I'd recommend this to ages 10+ or so.
