this is a story where the wall is wider than the wall in aot so if you are in the middle you can't see the wall
the modern are in the middle and the town type is on the corner of the wall, all of the people that lives on the middle have powers while in the corner are quirkless.
the people in mids are not aware of what is around the world because they are so busy being an hero. and playing villain and hero. their are 90% have quirks and 10% is quirkless
while the people on the corner are scared because they don't know if the titans are going to attack, all of the people in there have 100% of quirkless so they don't have quirks. (you know the squad and how they train)
