I absolutely love the Shadowhunter book series and have been wanting to write a story based on Kit/Ty. 

They won't be Shadowhunters in this but it will be an AU where they live ordinary lives. Ages have also been changed as well.


17 year old Kit Rook has lived a life on the street involved in nothing but scams and scandals but when James and Lucie Herondale summon him one night he is taken to Blackthorn Manor where he grows close with 17 year old Tiberius Blackthorn a quiet, shy young boy with a love for music and Sherlock Holmes. Ty is grieving at the loss of his twin sister Livvy but having Kit in his life suddenly makes him feel like living again.

Kit however, not only finds himself finally caring for someone deeply, but also the truth about who he actually is.
