𝐴𝑝𝑜𝑡𝑒𝑙𝑒𝑠𝑚𝑎 - (noun)
the influence of the stars on human destiny.
Stars; giant balls of fire that light up the night sky, always there in the darkest of times to show the light of the world. For centuries, worshiped by people, mesmerized as they looked up to the stars. No matter the day, year, decade; the stars would always be there, always in the same place, until they weren't.
Elara Jay Black, like many others, adored the stars. Quite like the giant balls of fire, she blinded people with her beauty, and the mention of her name struck fear into the hearts of others, but even the most frightened couldn't deny her power.
In many ways, Elara Jay Black was quite similar to the stars. She would often find herself jealous of the freedom the stars had, up there in the sky with no worries. Little did the young girl know that the stars in fact, were quite jealous of her.

"I think I love her." Sirius huffed as he sat down next to his friend.
Remus looked up from the pages in his lap, "you didn't already?"
"No, Moony. I think I really love her." The black haired boy stared into the fire, "I don't know what to do." The easiest way to explain what he was feeling for his lifelong friend was fire, a burning desire to be held and loved by her.
Remus glanced up and saw how distraught Sirius truly was. A smirk formed on his face because he knew in that very moment, Sirius Black loved Adeline Montgomery in a way that everyone wanted to be loved.

Adeline Montgomery and Sirius Black found that the only way to survive the dreaded time spent with their families during breaks was with each other. They were the red that stood firm against the sea of green.
When I came to school however they barely saw each other. They had different friends and priorities but that never stopped their flirtatious banter. When seventh year approaches and a war taunts the children, the two groups find themselves sticking together.
It was all fun in games until the game became reality and feeling got mixed up into everything.
