Toga Himiko is in a heap of trouble and abandoned by the League of Villains for her actions. Until someone with a kind heart approaches her an touches her heart, however as this unnamed person then sets her free from the asylum. Toga then has to protect her an her lover from other villains but then it all comes to a close when someone who she was not expecting out of the League of Villains decides to challenge her by trying to kill the love of her life.
