The Cooper Gang with Izuku

This is a bit of a crazy idea of having BNHA but with the series of Sly Cooper games where instead of Inko and Izuku in Japan, they moved to Paris for the change of scenry for Izuku's sake at 4 after being dianogsed as Quirkless, but she gets killed by the Clockwerk gang/Fearsome Five while they ran off with the Thievius Raccoonus pages, leaving the boy orphaned and in the orphanage to meet the young Cooper gang and thus a new adventure for the boy to follow under Sly and his friends, Bentley and Murray.
Will he be able to fight the Clockwerk gang and prove that Quirkless people can change the world more than the Pro Heroes and Interpol combine? Only time will tell
