Vampires. Just the word is enough to send shudders down a person's spine, or at least it used to be before "Twilight". We have forgotten the fear of vampires now, believing that they are make-believe or handsome young men who are just searching for their soul mate. But what about the real vampires? The ones who actually existed, the ones who's names sparked terror in the hearts of many, the ones who influenced Dracula. Yes, they were real, and this story is about the original vampire and her ladies-in-waiting.

“Our Seven Deadly Sins” is loosely based on a true story, the story of the Countess Elizabeth Bathory, the alleged “first vampire”. The popular novel “Dracula” is believed to be based on her story.

This story also concentrates a lot on romance, friendships, and relationships.

When you're a 700-year old creature, attempting to fit in with the modern lifestyle may be a bit of a drag. Perhaps you'll make new friends, find a wonderful career, a nice place to settle down in, or manifest true love with someone. Maybe you'll be too stricken by the burden and weight of your ancient memories... but whatever the case, you'll soon come to find that even the humans themselves are very wayward. Things to be wary of, Reader: If some of the tags to this little tale didn't give it away already, there will be heavy amounts of grotesque violence with even heavier bouts of eroticism. Notes to also keep in mind, Each little 'season' or 'part' is divided up by seven chapters. All will look normal up until you reach the sixth and seventh chapters, whereby the title-text will be in a bold font. Also, perspectives of narration will change. If the chapter says 'Chapter' like normal, then you can expect Gwyllomay to be narrating it... as this is mostly his life, after all. Otherwise, if the chapter's title says 'Capitol' then this means that the POV is in the 'third-person's omniscient telling'. This is important, for the writer believes that it is not fun to tell a story without different points of view. As such, Gwyllomay's cannot be the entirety of this story. Alternative Synopsis: Formerly the king of all vampyres, Gwyllomay Polidori now simply wants to settle down for a modern and quaint life amongst the humans who once feared him. Gwyllomay must come to defend his mortal friends from the lesser likes of his kind whilst also fighting off vampyre-hunters who would wish him great peril. Soon enough, however, this dangerous charade of slice-of-life-on-action turns out to unravel itself into an even greater mystery.

Book 1 of (The Awakening Series) {#1 Supernatural} {#1 Paranormal} {#1 Lycans} {#1 Vampire Romance} {#5 Royalty} The world went to shit long before I was born. Humans like me use to believe other species were nothing more than fictional characters, myths, or figures of one's imagination. But that was before vampires left the shadows and decided to reveal their species to the world. I've been told that teenage girls use to fantasize about being swooshed off their feet by those mysterious creatures. Insane. Matter of fact, insane would be an understatement, they were fucking lunatics. Vampires are not some fictional character that would love you like no other. No, vampires are not some sort of myth, and they most certainly are not, a figment of anyone's imagination. They are very real, and they despise the human race. In fact, they have enslaved my entire species and formed a new world. Each continent is owned by a ruthless, bloodsucking, barbaric, the vampire king. Every single one of them has played a part in the war of the awakening, showing no mercy, killing without question. Humans didn't even stand a chance. Our army and world leaders were killed or imprisoned in less than a couple of days. They slaughtered my race, but it didn't stop there. No, that was only the beginning of human suffering. Trust me when I say the death was truly a kindness, because anyone who survived the awakening, would beg for death. I was positive that my suffering would come to an end when I turned eighteen. I was hoping and praying to be marked as a feeder, nothing more, nothing less. Death was the only way out of this world. You see, all of the kings who ruled over the earth were cruel and calculating. They are all tyrants in their own right and they all answered to one vampire. Who was known as the most barbaric of them all and I was marked as his chosen. The King of all Vampire Kings. IN EDITING. COMPLETE. "There are such beings as vampires, some of us have evidence that they exist. Even had we not the proof of our own unhappy experience, the teachings and the records of the past give proof enough for sane peoples." ~Bram Stoker In our day, people fawn over the idea of supernaturals through fanfictions and novels, but what they don't realize is that these creatures are very real. And extremely dangerous. Especially vampires. They don't sparkle in the light or sweep young women off their feet. They're cold blooded murderers. In order to combat their devastation, an organization of trained human hunters was formed. Each hunter for every creature has a different name. Vampire slayers are simply known as hunters. Victoria Abelard, better known as Vick, was a famous vampire hunter in the early nineteenth century. After a botched job, she was turned into the one thing she hated most. A vampire. Two hundred years later, Vick has learned how to blend in with the human crowd. Her life couldn't be anymore perfect, especially with the disappearance of vampires for over fifty years (which hunters gladly help keep in place). However, her life is turned upside down when two old friends pop back into it. Them requesting her to assassinate the king of the vampires. Just when she thought she was free, Vick is thrown back onto the roller coaster of life. Along the way, she goes through a mess of terrifying memories, horrible grudges, sweet revenge, and love. *Rated mature for violent scenes and language*

Thus, it is decreed that all seven demons must conduct their own trials to test her soul. Lily's journey through Hell is a crucible of dark trials and torment. In the end, Lily's soul is a battleground where the forces of darkness and light clash. Her fate lies in the balance, as the judgments of the seven deadly sins will determine her eternal destiny. Will she succumb to the malevolent forces seeking to claim her, or will she rise above the trials to find a path to redemption and peace?
