"You're... like me," he noticed. "I thought I was the only one... all the others died."

The girl stared at him, eyes unblinking. Through the folds of her thick cape, he could barely see her hands. She was unarmed... or so he hoped. He took a step closer, but a hand shot out, holding a long sword out at him. He blinked and stopped, startled. He could have sworn the girl was weaponless. How could she have drawn a sword as if from thin air?

"Not another step," she ordered. "Winter Soldier." There was no denying it... she was part of Hydra. The slight mechanical disguise the mask offered her voice. The slight accent. The fact that she wore long-sleeved clothing in warm weather, most likely to cover her scars of punishment for failure. And, most obvious of all, the small octopus-headed logo that was on the clip of her cloak. But HYDRA never let them wear jewelry, so why was she wearing a bracelet on her sword arm?

Was she doing this willingly?

HYDRA managed to create another super serum from technology from SHIELD and Howard Stark. The result: you, a much stronger, faster, smarter, and generally more able living weapon.
