Kusuke is bored, and a bored Kusuke is VERY dangerous. While spying on his little brother out of boredom he finds out one of Kusuo's little acquaintances has a little bit of a hero complex and a lot of delusions. He studies Kaidou for awhile, finding out about this "Dark Reunion" and decides to have a little fun messing with his mind.
Kusuo learns the meaning of being friends with someone, Kaidou is very scared and just wants his family to be okay.
SCP foundation is mentioned, you do not need to understand it to understand the story. It was more of an Easter egg but I figured that Kusuke would just mask the foundation as a dark reunion base and the staff would go along with it for some fun on the job. In this AU Kusuke was hired on as a researcher as kinda a part time thing so he has level 3 access.
