Elizabeth Isabella Salvatore is the daughter of Damon Salvatore and Irena Laurna Dupree. Her mother died giving birth to Elizabeth which broke Damons heart, he wanted to kill himself but he had to stay strong for his daughter.

When Katherine got captured and Stefan and Damon were killed Guisippi he sent his granddaughter off to relatives that live in England for her own protection.

Damon spent 14 years looking for his lost daughter and when he finally found her she was a beautiful 19 year old women but what struck him was the fact she had no heartbeat. They travelled together throughout the years never leaving eachothers side until Damon goes back to Mystic Falls. Elizabeth went back to her hometown after hearing about the latest drama.
