Hayden (Hiccup Haddock) had joined the military right out of high school. Working his way to get ready for his deployment to Iraq. That was till he met his new K-9 Unit Toothless. They had quickly worked there way up to the best team there. Till Hayden got caught in a bomb explosion and now has to try and get his partner home.
