Witch's wish

A teenage girl, Phoebe Hilton, is a pure-blood wizard filled with dreams. She wants to study at Technology and Science College, but she cannot. Because she comes from a famous old family that is so old-fashioned and conservative that will not let her study what they think that is only served for men. She has to behave and study what her father deems appropriate without realizing being controlled. One day, she meets her friend becoming her best friend, Josephine Starr, who is completely different from her. Josephine comes from a liberal family that teaches her to be liberal and live her life the way she wants. She shows and shares experiences that Phoebe has never done or seen in her entire life. Thereafter, her world has shifted since then.
