Frisk, a human who has fallen into the underground, quickly finds themselves in a situation with bloodthirsty monsters lusting for human flesh. Some monsters are not like this however, as Frisk soon finds out. This act is caused by a deadly toxin called Caratine, which can drive monsters mad, kill them, or have nothing happen to them at all. This toxin has been known to have been released by the very first fallen human, but Frisk knows well it was not Chara, her ghost friend that helps her around the underground, who did it. So the question here is... who?

Well with Toriel, Asgore, Undyne, Alphys, and Flowey left to Washington D.C to meet the president. Sans and Papyrus are left to watch Frisk till Toriel returns home. Chara has plans to take control of Frisk. He wants her soul and to Reset the world again. There is however another person whom lurks beneath the shadows that Sans and Papyrus kept secret from Frisk. Now it's all going to be reveal. So many mystery to solve and secrets to uncrack. Frisk will soon have to face her fears and overcome Chara's evil plans. With the help of old and new friends. Soon after that, Chara joins a new family, but their ambition to keep everyone happy goes a little overboard and Chara is flung into a reality of destruction and hopeless wonder. Then many long years later they meet the beloved Frisk, who fell into the Underground, similar to themselves.
