In the year 2030, the newfound nation of Rovnost, formally known as The United States of America, employs the use of individuals entitled "Innovators" as a way to maintain the equality and peace that was only achieved after a civil war, "The Downfall", threatened to bring upon the end of the country. The year is now 2090. Casper Kellings, the son of an Innovator, must call upon his own intelligence in order to survive a group of criminals called "The Exiled" as they threaten to topple the country in a new war: "The Uprisings".
