But when this happens again, George's YouTube channel starts to suffer under his major depression, his PTSD and anxiety. He cuts off all contact causing Dream to fly out to his house after he has to go to hospital. But to make everything worse, George stops talking because of his trauma. He appears to be completely muted suddenly...

Sapnap went through a traumatic past and has always been ignored by his parents because his disabled brother, George, needs all the help he could get. Sapnap starts experiencing more and more problems, every now and then reverting to a younger person while he skips school to escape his bullies. Clay and Sapnap meet in an unexpected way and seem to get along very well. Clay loves taking care of George and the two finally seem to be able to talk about their hidden pain and feelings, but unfortunately, that doesn't solve the problems they go through...
