JaKarr was a normal kid, or as normal as a kid could be with anger issues. JaKarr's father was a scientist for the government experimenting with gamma radiation and different strands of DNA. DNA that had the ability to heal damaged cells and regrow damaged tissue. JaKarr's father and mother had JaKarr, who inherited the genetic alterations from his father. Later on, JaKarr's father was fired from the military for ignoring regulations and procedures and was arrested for killing his wife. JaKarr was then placed in the foster care system where he grew up with his foster family. His only real family left is his aunt and uncle, along with his cousin Jenifer Talos. JaKarr found himself in the same field as his biological father and one day a routine equipment check went wrong and JaKarr was exposed to massive amounts of Gamma Radiation. When he woke up, his cousin told him that he was in an accident and was lucky to be alive. JaKarr felt stronger, better, faster than he was before. When he was released from the hospital, he found out that his foster parents were murdered and something inside him snapped. Unleashing the world to a new being, a being only few have seen and know about. This caught Batman's eyes when he was going over some files for the League. The witnesses say that the being was 13'14'' tall, had green skin, purple pants, and was extremely strong. Further reports state that the angrier the creature got, the stronger it became. All the witnesses say that this being saved them from many natural and unnatural calamities. In every report, they all call the creature one name, The Hulk.
