Numb

In a world where emotions become too dangerous for the world to handle. And so a serum named VIDE, is injected at birth to remove all emotions and feelings until comes a time when a person chooses to regain them.
To do this training at what's called a Foxhole, a vigorous learning academy where they regain control over their emotions. There are 6 foxholes, Empathy, Fear, Adoration, Serenity, Euphoria and most importantly Aggression.
Until you decide to enter into a Foxhole you are 'a numb'. Numbs are people with no emotion. Code is a numb. He grew up with his family out in the forest who protected him from going to these Mind-game foxholes, until an encounter with a mountain lion where he lost control.
He ends up running away to aggression where he meets Aya a sergeant at aggression who helps him channel his inner belligerence.
And slowly they build up trust with each other.
Until Aya puts all of her trust on Code and risks everything for him.
A story about a boy developing his emotions.
