Forgotten and Found

You've been gone for years, to be forgotten and yet you come back again just to show the world what you truly are once again. A monster of the Western world that was another product of it's time. Yet you scrape your way back onto the world stage just to show them that you have found your purpose amongst the rest of history.

A lot of typical statehumans books have the countries finding out because USA starts acting weird so they go to his house and find the states or America looks sleep deprived and crappy so Russia comes over to help him/her and it turns into a RusAme story, and a lot also have like Confederate come back or something.
I want to write a book on that but do it my own writing style and horror way. Also no RusAme! That- mmmmmmmm that's just not a ship that I like in my opinion.
