The story of Evelyn Dawson and how she follows two of her classmates, Asher Abbott and Lila Russell into another dimension, where time is wrongly meddled with, and they face many challenges and have to make many painful difficult decisions.

Excerpt:

It felt like every muscle in my body was getting squeezed and pulled and pushed against one another, and it was the worst pain I'd ever had in my life. It couldn't think, it was like my brain shut off, but my nerves didn't. I could still feel, I was just floating in space and felt like I was in the heart of a giant vacuum, getting sucked in to everywhere around me. I curled myself into a little ball, hoping that would make me feel better, but it didn't. I felt like passing out, and I think I did, or maybe my brain just completely turned off until I could think again.

Bea's missing wasn't noticed by most people, she faded away already before she really disappeared. While known as the girl with several mental issues due to the accident on the night of thirty-one October that flipped her life upside-down, it wouldn't be surprising if she walked away herself, would it? Asher, who lives under the quote "Fake it til you make it", feels like he's being dragged back down the hole he just came from when case Hopkins passes his ears.
