Mature
Summer is intoxicatingly beautiful and she knows it. Everyone wants to be her. Everyone wants to know her.

What no one understands is Summer is not as perfect as she seems. Not by a long shot. And trying to hold it all together is like silently suffocating inside her own head.

Until she somehow stumbles into Ace, who is as beautiful as he is cruel. He takes what he wants and doesn't care how he gets it. Pushing people away is what he knows and no one dares to get close enough or else they might get ripped to shreds.

Summer doesn't trust Ace. She doesn't want or need him. He's frustrating, stubborn and doesn't care about anyone but himself. But a part of her can't help but feel drawn even as destructive and explosive as he seems to be.

I began writing this at 15 and finished it at 17. It is my first novel, give me grace for that. [Warning: this book contains explicit content, crude language, drug use & abusive scenarios.] He tried everything, everything, everything to forget her. No matter how hard he fought, the memories wouldn't fade. She wasn't some dream girl, she was the dreamy one who taunted him. A blonde viper that shattered every part of him. But picking up the pieces? That's the part he never thought he'd get around to. Ace Valentino doesn't do what people expect-he's the guy who walks on the wild side just because he wants to. A brooding young man with a dark side fueled by brokenness, addiction, and bad decisions. His heart is still held hostage by his stoic, adrenaline-obsessed ex. How could he move on with that? It isn't plausible. So, he drowns the pain with alcohol and anything that numbs him. But Ace has secrets, ones he vowed to bury forever. Then, his new neighbor moves in and suddenly, something inside him stirs-something he's not ready for, and everything he's terrified of. Willow Andrews, sweet yet scarred, knows nothing but loneliness. Her guardian's abuse has built walls around her big heart. Love is a stranger to her, and she's afraid of what she doesn't understand. But something about Ace, the tortured soul next door, draws her in-despite the fear. In a world where love is something they can't quite reach, Ace and Willow collide. What could possibly come of this? Can they save each other, or will their pasts break them before they have a chance? The line between magic and misery is thinner than they think-and the change they both desperately need might just be the thing that destroys them, or... sets them free.

Teenage Bucket List

24 parts Complete

Bailey Ashford is a friendless 16-year-old who just graduated high school. Lonely and feeling cheated out of her teenage years, Bailey dreads her last carefree summer before starting college in the fall. After she has a chance encounter with Julian Weber, the most desired boy from her high school, she feels the need to make a bucket list of sorts, consisting of things most teenagers experience that she has yet to do. Gathering a little courage, Bailey asks Julian to help her with her bucket list, and to her shock, he agrees. Throwing caution to the wind, Bailey finally learns to let loose and have fun, that is, until her family life begins crumbling. Torn between being a careless teenager or returning to how she used to be, Julian teaches Bailey that not everything can be solved by an equation or a book but by feelings and emotions.
