They meet Tony Stark while he's searching for Loki with Thor, the Trickster god apparently left the hotel room the two men left him in, and went for a walk. This leads, only god knows how, to Tony discovering about Alexandra's mental powers.

Bucky (Winter Soldier) is trying to atone for his past misdeeds, while learning what exactly they were, but is living in Wakanda with T-challa (Black Panther) so neither will be playing a large role in this story.
