Technoblade is a bounty hunter. One of the best. On top of that, he's Gifted --- a person with an extraordinary power, one of few in society.
It isn't every day that a high bounty comes up for grabs. It also isn't every day that that same bounty ends up being the death of many hunters.
Then ordinary citizens start appearing dead in the streets. The death count climbs at a steady rate. Same killer for both.
Despite it all, Techno doesn't plan on becoming involved. But he's forced to when the next target becomes his own brother.

All what Wilbur have wanted was a loving family unlike his current family, he was diagnosed from psychopathy and is still healing from it when he was then kidnapped by a group of "serial killers" that have been reported around the city killing and raiding houses. This story has a lot of action, angst, adoption and some wholesome arcs. Yes I know they dont go well with each other but I promise you will like it in the end, please. He eventually makes it to a city. Large buildings are fallen over and the ones still standing have busted out windows and/or have smoke and fire coming from them. He can hear distant screams and yells and gunshots. There are people passing him that are strange. They're badly injured and walk slightly hunched over. Some are missing limbs, and some are missing and eye, or both. They don't even appear to be alive to the boy. They look his way but don't mind him. Tommy is confused and scared. He can slightly remember this place to be his once home, and it makes him upset that's it's gone to such shit, and scared by everyone's screams and the fires and the fighting, and mostly, the fact that some people are eating each other.
