And what better way to do that then to be in constant danger fighting the world's most dangerous villains and criminals with the Avatar?

Avatar: The Legend Reborn - Book 1: Hope
The Legend Reborn is a story I wrote in late 2014 about the Avatar after Korra. After the release of the Legend of Korra follow up comics I went back and added references to the events of the comics but didn't change my story. Following the 2021 announcement of Avatar Studios I decided to share my ideas since it's very possible Bryke could decide to continue the Avatar Cycle and render my story implausible. I hope they instead decide to go backwards (possibly a Kyoshi series) since there are also many other great fan projects that would be rendered implausible by a Korra sequel (notably The Legend of Genji, a project very different from my own but has my respect and admiration). But who am I to disagree with what Mike and Bryan do with their own fantastic universe. welp I'm pretty sure the title says it all but I'll write a cheeky description anyway just because you're looking so cute today. It's a modern world but filled with bending. The Gaang you know and love have busy lives in the big city, this is their story, how they meet there, their emotions, what relationships build and crumble. What happens when the Avatar makes an appearance? Much like my last story this book will have multiple POV's of most characters. Speaking of the characters they are all young adults, ages 22 and up. PLEASE READ. So, this is the story that I mentioned in chapter seventy-two of my first LoK story. Alot of you seemed to like the idea, so here it is. In this story Y/N L/N grew up on the streets of Republic City as an orphan. He never knew his real parents. And for as long as he can remember he's been able to Airbend, but he doesn't know how he can. For the first seven years of his life he grew up on the streets using his Airbending to survive. His life changes when he meets Tenzin, the son of Avatar Aang and an Airbending Master. When Tenzin realises that Y/N is an Airbender and an orphan, he takes the boy back to Air Temple Island to train him as an Airbender. He and his wife, Pema also decide to adopt Y/N as their son. The young boy goes on to be an older brother to Tenzin's two daughters, Jinora and Ikki and his son, Meelo. Y/N advances very fast in his Airbending training and after five years of training Tenzin makes Y/N an Airbending Master. Y/N starts uses his Airbending to help the people of Republic City in secret. One day his life changes when Avatar Korra comes to Republic City in order to be trained in Airbending by Tenzin. Y/N helps her train and the two of them along with their three friends Mako, Bolin and Asami form the new Team Avatar in order to stop The Equalist's and their leader Amon.
