Dewey is kidnapped without a trace. The family would have suspected FOWL but since FOWL was destroyed, they have no idea who had taken the young lad. 
Little did they know that FOWL was getting re-built by one of their own.

Webby had her reasons. She had rid suspicion. Huey was already suspicious that Webby was up to something with her sneaking through the vents for reasons. She had to make sure no one knew where she was going. Or what she was up to.
