How hard would you fight in order to belong?
Rack-racer Yega did not want to get recruited into the Galactic Navy. Now she's just trying to survive basic training. She's a tough racer, a tougher fighter, and 100% someone who refuses to be anyone else but herself. But will that be enough to survive the coming war?
Here is a sample of my WIP; it has action, dry humor, and just a touch of romance. I hope you like it.

This takes place well after the Silent Veil, at the end of ACT 1 for the overarching plot. This contains spoilers basically, but most of those plot points have changed anyways since this book was written. There are also themes I don't exactly align with anymore. I plan to completely re-write this story in the future. For now, I hope you'll enjoy what I did about this thing: fun characters going through a fun romp in space. What to expect: Fun, action, disco! George 'Slick' a disco legend that can glue anyone together. Kielbir a merciless pirate, but he doesn't remember that bit. Donid a sniper poet with daddy and mommy issues. f/n l/n was accepted into UA, even though she didn't pass any entry exam or physical test. The class who supposed to only be composed of 20 students was forced to make room for another, much to the teacher's dismay. y/n has a powerful family, not as in her parents quirks or hero status; her parents weren't even heroes, they were the CEO's of the most famous hero costume company, also the one who made UA students their hero suits. The thing is, no one knows exactly what her quirk is, other than the people close to her. The said girl does have a certain trait that made her stick out from others; she doesn't like to speak.
