Academy of Blood and Magic

Life seemed to be going Lyric Kain's way. She gets accepted into East Haven's Academy of Magic, the most prestigious school for sorcerers and sorceresses in the country, the school of her dreams. Her life seems to be going down the right path.
Until there are students being killed at the school, and everyone's pointing the blame at her vampire boyfriend, Brandon, who's already faced enough prejudice as it is. Lyric's reputation as well as her relationship with Brandon is strained when the murders don't seem to stop.
Then Brandon gets arrested and put on trial. Lyric has to find out who the murderer is before the love of her life gets convicted for something he never did.
