wilbur and his little brother, tommy, are runaways. the orphanage system, well, let's face it, it's horrid. they couldn't handle it anymore. especially wilbur. living life on the streets, stealing from passersby in hopes to feed his brother, hurting everyone around them and succumbing to the peer pressure of his friends until he finally realizes that actions have consequences. who will be there to help? will it be phil? probably because i'm basic. enjoy.
