This story is about a certain man living in a modern world who died of illness and found himself alive, summoned in another world; A world of IRUNA. This novel is based on a game "Toram: Departure from IRUNA".
Blake Railey is a man of 20s living in an average life until, he discovers that he is diagnosed in cancer and has a short time to live. After his death, he was summoned by Lufenas family under unknown circumstances and was granted a new life and strength, and new peers.

Reincarnation as a Pantie is about this guy that lives a very anti-social life and just plays games, eats ramen and his place is a mess, he ends up going out to meet up with a friend and try to save this woman from getting mugged, he ends up getting stabbed and get reincarnation as woman's underwear in a different century where are swordsman, mages etc. He gets purchased a swordman a woman and becomes acquainted with each other, then they go on a quest to find a tailsman (coin / crystal) to to turn him human again.
