When Edward leaves Bella, Charlie calls his other daughter for help. Isabella's older twin sister. Hermione Renee Swan. Otherwise known as Hermione Granger.

The war is now over. But when Hermione gets a call from her father Charlie Swan, she doesn't know what to think. Her beloved younger twin Isabella is broken. But so is she. She isn't sure if she can help. But she knows she has to try. For Bella. So she packs her bags and goes to Forks.

But things become complicated when a certain hotheaded shifter imprints on Hermione, and a certain shifter named Jacob imprints on Bella. Can they heal each other? And what happens when the Cullens come back to town.
