The Kingdom of Felnar has been in a constant war with the dark Fae of the north since the attack on the king's eldest daughter, Princess Aurora. At thirteen years old she was cursed by the leader of the fae kingdom to prick her finger on the spindle of a spinning wheel, causing her to fall into a never waking sleep.
A decade passes by and the fae kingdom grows stronger by the day, slowly taking land from Felnar as their army becomes weaker from constant magical attacks. It seems the only thing that keeps the fae at bay is the incredible wall of thorns surrounding most of the kingdom, something that slowly appeared a few years after Aurora was sent to sleep.
However, something stirs in the shadows. It lies in wait to strike at the perfect moment. But then suddenly something extraordinary happens. Princess Aurora awakens. And she may just hold the key to the secrets of the fae.
