Harry stilled as there was a rustling of wind that blew through the summer air and rattled the leaves on the park trees. He took a moment to observe how it rustled through the grass. He saw a white spot in the overgrown portion of the grass, and coming near to it Harry plucked a white dandelion from the grass. He remembered a story he overheard one of the neighbors telling their little sister long ago when he had been locked out in the summer heat.

If you blow a white dandelion in the wind you can make a wish which just might come true.

The Potter Twins and The Philosopher's Stone

14 parts Complete

It was a cold an stormy night, the weather outside was grey and ominous with a tinge of something peculiar in the air; something was bound to happen on a night like this. But the people inside the house were oblivious to the troubled weather outside. A man in his early twenties was conjuring up puffs of colored smoke for the enjoyment of two babies on the couch, his wife was standing in the doorway watching her husband play with their children, and if one took a good look at them you would never guess that their lives were being threatened. A low rumbling brought the mother back to the present; she walked over to her husband and took one of the twins in her arms, a baby boy with jade green eyes and a tuft of black hair. He giggled as his mother nuzzled his neck. "James, I'm going to put Harry and Hailey to bed now," she said as she took the small girl into her arms too, she was heading up the stairs when she heard the front gate creek, she stopped for a moment to listen then shrugged it off.
