In a world where the lines between good and evil are not yet blurred, a young boy's death will set the world on a path of destruction. 

Atlas is a young angel who spends his eternity soaking up the human world as much as possible. He could care less about the power dynamics in his world- the angels he lives with, the humans beneath them, and the demons ruling under the human realm with the help of Reapers. But when the time comes for a war that will change the future of mankind, Atlas must find his place in the ever-changing balance of the realms. 

Nova is the first human to ever be chosen as a Reaper. As a human, she was an anxiety filled teenager who preferred the quiet over anything else. But now she must learn the violent ways of the Reaper during a time where the tables are turning. Good and evil are no longer two separate realms and as Nova settles into the Reaper life, she must learn the lengths she'll go to in order to save her soul.
