Ben Beast, son of Belle and the Beast. He is to be crowned King of Auradon in less than a month. Ben writes all his fears and insecurities to a girl he has never met, but has known most of his life. He had first gotten the letter by mistake but soon became friends with the girl on the other end. Though they had a deal, never reveal your parents. They felt the rule kept them biased until they got to truly meet. Y/n Gaston, daughter of Gaston and younger sister to Gil Gaston. She writes to the mysterious boy on the opposite end of the letters. She tells him all about her life and how horrible it is on the Isle of the Lost. She begins to develop feelings for the boy on the other end. The excitement builds in her when she learns that some of the children on the Isle get to go to Auradon but soon her heart is broken, for she was not one of them.
