"Let the world outside
forget us for a while,
as we lose ourselves
in these moments together.

Even when we don't speak,
the silence is charged
with magic and meaning.

Hearts have their own language
and ours are always speaking."

From pawn to god: A High School DxD crossover story

21 parts Ongoing

In the supernatural world, there's tons of individual beings just waiting for the story of their rise to greatness to start. A story where they rise from 0 to hero and become a legendary figure in the history of the world. Unfortunately for Ethan Turner, he's not one of those beings, in fact, he was basically an insignificant side character of another being's story: Issei Hyoudou, the current generation's Red Dragon emperor. Ethan is a pawn of Rias Gremory due to his sacred gear, and eventually gained a crush on her alongside some other peerage members over time. That all changed when Issei joined. One day, when Ethan witnesses Issei's harem being all lovey-dovey with him, something changes within the pawn. Overwhelmed with a feeling of uselessness and jealousy at Issei's situation, he ran away from the peerage, with the intent to never burden any of them again. Little did he know, running away from the peerage would change the course of his life forever--whether it was for the better or worse...? Only fate knows the answer to that Berserk belongs to Kentaro Miura (I do not mean to disrespect his work, just have some fun with some specific items and concepts in his story and put it into my own.) God of War belongs to Santa Monica Studios. Highschool DxD belongs to Ichiei Ishibumi and Miyama-Zero
