It had been years since the flare hit the earth, it was a horrible virus that wiped out entire cities killing all that got infected. The WDRA were in charge of making a cure for the virus they call the flare. The sad part is if you got the flare it didn't just kill you...it resurrected your body Turning you into what they call a flare. The WDRA put kids that had high intelligence, strength, and stamina through different trials.
