I'll never forget the day I first held a cooking knife. At the age of three, my older twin brother and I received our first knives, and after that, I never once lost my love for cooking. I was born with special skills and gained a nickname for it. Every restaurant I've been to, I would always use my senses to point out everything in the dish, no matter how small. Now, it's time to for me and my brother to test our skills in one of the best culinary schools in all of Japan.
