With incredible cunning and striking intelligence Rain seems to be one of the main competitors for this years games which doesn't seem to help when it comes to get people to ignore her , it also doesn't help that her mentors happen to be the star crossed lovers of district 12.

The victor that year was Cress Bronzetide, a 16 year old girl from District 4. She was an unexpected victor, as her district partner was the favourite to win that year, but she was a victor nonetheless. Her games were quite typical. Twenty four tributes, two from each district.
