So the supposed OC is this extremely short boy at age 16 who's short.....like really short.....like slightly taller than Mineta short being 112 cm....yes that short. He has black hair similar to Izuku's but a lot neater and he has big black eyes. He has a slim body type that has absolutely no muscles and his quirk is blade which can make a blue sword like weapon for him that surrounds his hand that can be pulled out or extended.
