Everyone is relying on StarClan to send the prophecy to their medicine cat, just hoping that one day, the fiasco will end. Yet that's not the way fear works its way into hearts. Warriors, once brave and strong, now cowering behind one another. Apprentices with their eagerness to learn, now afraid of the outside world and going missing. Queens, always caring for their kits, now fearful of losing them to the mystery. Elders, who are as wise as the deepest river, now unable to provide an answers. With leaf-bare creeping up, the Clans are preparing for the harsh weather. Preparing for another season should be like gathering moss for the elders, but not this time. This time, the Clans are struggling just to assemble a hunting patrol and maintain borders. Forcing time out of daily tasks is asking the impossible. Leaf-bare is going to take the remaining lives of the cats that are lucky enough to even make it through leaf-fall. A fire. Caused by twolegs. And suddenly Nightpaw's entire life as she knows it has changed. The four clans that had ruled the territories for centuries have been wiped out. Now the future for any sort of clan rests in the paws of four apprentices. They will need to find a new territory, a new place to communicate with StarClan and, most importantly, cats to form a clan with. Will they survive? This story is set many moons after the great cats during Firestar's time were around. Also, any arcs after the first arc did not happen. Many were killed and many were cast away as outsiders. One day, the Creators met in an AU called Dreamtale, and after another battle, the dead came down from the sky as spirits, and the fighting ceases. They told the Creators that were alive to unite, or they would die. So that's what the Creators did. They united. They- and their AUs inhabitants- created Clans. They all lived in Dreamtale, surrounding the Tree of Feelings. Generations passed and the Clans had never seen a war so horrible since the War of the Multiverse. They lived in an almost-harmony. Until Nightmare came along, that is. ~~~~~~~~ Hiya! It's me, Sighnerd. This idea came to me in a dream, so I'm making it a reality. I love Warrior Cats, and I love Undertale, and I tried once before to merge the two, only that didn't work because I wasn't as experienced in writing as I am now. You don't need to understand Warriors to read this! It'll all be explained. The only similarities are the fact that the Sanses (and some not-Sanses) live in Clans, follow the Warrior Code (which will be explained in the introduction), they aren't cats (that's just weird), they have the same roles (tweaked a little because they aren't cats), they follow the same customs, and some other small similarities. Kind of a slow burn. That's what I'm going for, anyway. There may be a few toxic moments, but it's Nightmare, so it's fine. Right? Art and characters (except for the Empathverse Sanses and Sigh) do not belong to me! Neither does Warrior Cats. Cover art belongs to ProductionRoxy. :D My interpretation of the characters, but I'm keeping it as canon as possible. They're tweaked a little to match the Warriors setting.
