Best friends, Min Yoongi and Park Jimin, face a car accident. Yoongi doesn't make it and Jimin, who had a great damage to the brain, needs a brain transplant. The doctors carry out their first surgery of transplanting a brain. Since Yoongi was a perfect match the doctors were able to carry out the surgery successfully. But they did not realise the consequences.
